I’m an operations and talent leader with experience across recruitment, healthcare staffing, placements, onboarding, client success, workforce operations, and people leadership.
In my current Director-level role, I lead Placements and Onboarding and partner closely with Recruitment, Sales, Training, Marketing, Finance, IT, and executive leadership to improve the end-to-end client and talent journey.
My work sits at the intersection of people, process, performance, and client experience. I focus on improving how teams operate, how quickly and effectively clients are supported, and how data can be used to drive better decisions, stronger accountability, and better outcomes.
I’m particularly strong at identifying operational gaps, unclear ownership, bottlenecks, and performance issues, then turning them into practical solutions. This includes building and improving workflows, SOPs, scorecards, KPI tracking, dashboards, team coaching structures, and processes that improve speed, quality, conversion, retention, and client experience.
My background includes healthcare recruitment and staffing, full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, high-volume hiring, candidate experience, client relationship management, workforce planning, account support, and operational leadership.
Over time, my scope has expanded from recruitment and placement execution into leading teams, improving business operations, managing performance, and partnering with senior leaders on strategic and operational priorities.
I lead with a balance of empathy and accountability. I believe strong teams need clear expectations, useful data, consistent coaching, practical systems, and the trust to take ownership of results.
I’m also passionate about using AI, automation, CRM systems, and better reporting to make teams more efficient without losing the human side of recruitment and client service.
