I have been in the Business process outsourcing (BPO) industry since 2012. I've been into different accounts such as appointment setting, loans, and sales. I worked in an online ordering company wherein I handle different tasks like communicating with Google for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), validating agents' sales, and calling restaurant owners for follow-ups.
Currently, I'm a digital marketing virtual assistant. I handled creating FB posts, email marketing, website development, and creating landing/opt-in pages in Clickfunnels.
I know there's still a lot more need to learn in various clients' businesses but I'm a fast learner, self-directed, and focused on work.
