I have worked in the BPO industry for over 15 years doing customer service, client relations, and sales for both voiced and non-voiced accounts catering to North America, UK, and APAC clients. I am currently a soft skills and process trainer, and my main task is to train newly hired agents on various roles such as verbal and written communication skills, account specific processes, customer / client service, and sales.
However, due to the distance and travel time going to and from work, I am looking for opportunities to work from home and be more productive.
