I've been in the customer service industry for more than 10 years, providing support to customers and businesses in different industries - banking, finance, eCommerce (Shopify, WordPress), hospitality, and retail, just to name a few. My experiences involved working as a Shopify Guru for almost 2 years and have skills specifically for the eCommerce market. I do social media marketing and basic web designing. I'm very knowledgeable with Shopify's admin, CSV files, drop shipping, and basically how things work within the platform. I am dedicated to making sure my client's needs are met in a timely manner since I do understand that time is a very important matter when it comes to businesses. I have worked on lots of different websites both in building them and writing content for them.
I work independently and like to figure out things on my own but I'm always open to learning new stuff and always willing to work as a part of a team.
