I have been a Customer and Technical Support Rep for 8 years now, I have worked as a Technical and Email Support for an Australian Company, an Email Inquiry Specialist for a bicycle company based in Australia and as a Zendesk Email Support for a US based company and also as an Email Support Manager for an eCommerce business.
I may not be the best Customer Support just like what others claim about them, but I can follow instructions perfectly, work on the job efficiently, and can speak and write English correctly.
