I’m a psychology instructor and clinical psychology candidate with a strong foundation in teaching, admin work, and people support—now shifting these skills into virtual assistance and remote work. Coming from higher education, I’m used to managing many moving parts: classes, student concerns, intern onboarding and supervising, research tasks, and event logistics. This role has helped me build solid skills in email and calendar management, document and spreadsheet organization, travel and schedule planning, and clear written and spoken communication in English, Filipino, and Cebuano.
I handle candidate screening for a university Psychology program, including checking requirements, reviewing eligibility, conducting interviews, and preparing shortlists for enrollment. I also supervise psychology interns during their onboarding and practicum—orienting them, briefing them on tasks, guiding them through workflows, deadlines, and documentation, and coordinating their schedules and basic admin tasks.
On top of that, my work as a peer support moderator at a US-based company has trained me in online community moderation: keeping conversations safe and respectful, enforcing guidelines, and responding with empathy and calm, especially in sensitive situations.
Across all these roles, my approach is grounded in empathy, structure, and collaboration. I value clear processes, detailed documentation, and kind but professional communication. I’m eager to support teams and business owners who need someone reliable, organized, and people-centered—someone who can handle behind-the-scenes operations while bringing a mental health–informed, compassionate lens to communication and community-facing tasks.
