Most recently, I served as Property Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing 204 rental units and multiple renovation projects. I managed tenant communications, maintenance coordination, vendor relations, turnovers, and project workflows, ensuring seamless daily operations. I handled the full leasing cycle, including marketing, property showings, application processing, tenant screening, and move-ins, using platforms such as AppFolio and Buildium.
