My first job experience was customer handling from simple account inquiries, complicated billing issues to technical difficulties.
I worked my way up the ladder and became a communications coach to a trainer for language and product.
I was also part of program/account/project launches where careful planning, coordination with partners, attention to detail, feedback and communication are important.
My goal is to help out clients in ways I can and partner with them to realize their vision and company goals. I do this through concise and articulate communication with them, discussing challenges and presenting possible solutions or options to overcome these. I value hardwork and integrity in everything I do.
