I'm currently working as a Software Test Engineer handling Global clients to support with their tickets via CRM. Handling issues of the processes and tools. Previously, I worked in the Dispute department for 3 years where I handled dispute processes and reviews evidences to resolve the claims of fraud and non-fraud cases. Also in the past, I used to work as an Equity Research Analyst where I basically worked on financial statements and accounting works. On the side, I also have more than 9 years of experience as an English and Filipino teacher as my part-time job.
I passed A2 DELE which is a diploma that certifies Spanish language proficiency.
