I began my career as a Pharmacy Assistant in one of the largest retail pharmacy chains in the Philippines, where I spent 11 years assisting customers, dispensing both over-the-counter and prescribed medications, and strengthening my communication and customer care skills.
After my pharmacy tenure, I transitioned to the BPO industry, where I received formal training and developed into a highly reliable Customer Service Associate. I have since handled diverse customer concerns, multitasked efficiently, and adapted to modern tools and technology to deliver consistent, quality service.
