Hey there! I was rocking the BPO industry for almost 8 years in the past. Just before COVID-19 hit, I took on the biggest adventure of all—switching to remote work! Balancing work and life has been a journey.
Since 2013, I’ve been handling Customer Service and Technical Support roles for both Voice and Chat accounts, and I’m also an IT graduate who dove into the BPO world right after school. Now, I’m a proud work-from-home contractor! I’ve gathered some awesome experiences as a Virtual Assistant, including roles like Dispatch Manager, IT Support Admin at a Software Development Company, and Sales Acquisition Support (these are not listed in my resume since I've been managing them simultaneously during Covid as an independent girl earning and surviving on her own), plus a sprinkle of HR duties—all in about 4 years during Covid! Recently, I’ve been diving into SAP Finance as an R2R Build/Developer and Tester at Accenture-left just this June as well.
I’ve been trained in Customer Service Interaction and Overall Experience, focusing on numbers, business meetings, and responsibilities to help companies thrive while boosting my personal growth, too.
