I had a job experience being a Customer Service Representative with Sales for a BPO company and an IT Helpdesk for an ITO company. The main responsibilities I had was managing calls, emails and chats, answering billing inquiries, solving tech-related issues (hardware/software/networking), and upselling products.
I designed/worked with more than 10 websites as a Freelance Web Designer, and I also designed Logos, Social Media ads/posts, Coverphotos, Menus, Banners, Posters, Flyers, and Product Labels, as a Freelance Graphic Designer.
