I am Rose Ann A. Ledesma, a 33-year-old Filipino professional with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from La Consolacion College – Bacolod. I am also a graduate of Computer Programming NC IV from the Asian Business Institute of e-Technology, Bacolod City, where I was recognized with the Programming Proficiency Award for my outstanding programming skills.
I am currently employed as an Administrative Aide VI at the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), where I have been serving for the past two years. In my current role, I am assigned to the Quality Management System (QMS) and assist in ensuring compliance with organizational quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. I also serve as the Assistant Focal Person for several household-based statistical operations, including the National Migration Survey (NMS) and the Household Survey on Domestic Visitors (HSDV). My responsibilities include providing administrative and operational support, coordinating survey activities, preparing reports and documentation, and assisting in the successful implementation of various statistical programs.
Prior to joining the PSA, I worked as a Sales Administrative Officer-in-Charge at BCG Enterprises, where I gained extensive experience in administration, sales, and customer service. My responsibilities included preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports using Microsoft Excel, creating incident reports and certificates of purchase using Microsoft Word, managing customer inquiries through email, monitoring inventory, and preparing inventory reports. I also designed product price cards using Adobe Photoshop, assisted in personnel management, and supported the company's day-to-day business operations.
In addition to my administrative responsibilities, I provided excellent customer service and actively promoted and sold multimedia equipment, contributing to the company's sales performance and customer satisfaction. These experiences strengthened my communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills while enabling me to thrive in fast-paced and results-oriented work environments.
I am proficient in a wide range of computer applications and digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Drive), Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, and WordPress. My combination of technical expertise, administrative experience, and strong organizational skills allows me to work efficiently and adapt to diverse professional settings.
