Decades in operations, customer support, and admin roles, working across insurance claims, content publishing, dispatching, and bookkeeping.
Most of my career has been about doing the careful, behind-the-scenes work that keeps things running smoothly. I spent 6 years as a Publishing Support Specialist, keeping content accurate and compliant across dozens of live pages with a near-zero error rate. Before that, I processed international travel insurance claims. I also spent time in email-based customer support.
More recently, I've moved into bookkeeping and dispatching. I'm currently working as an Assistant Bookkeeper using QuickBooks Online (reconciliations, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and month-end close), and I spent a few months as a Dispatcher/CSR using ServiceTitan to manage jobs and review invoices.
What ties everything together is that I take ownership of my work, catch the small details before they become problems, and treat the businesses I work with like they're my own. I'm looking for long-term remote work where I can be a reliable, low-drama partner behind the scenes.
