Currently, I support multi-channel e-commerce operations at Spreetail across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu, Lowe's, Target, Best Buy, and Home Depot. My responsibilities include order management, refunds and returns processing, carrier coordination, shipment investigations, delivery requests, shipment holds, Bills of Lading (BOLs), reconsignments, astray returns, chargeback-related requests, and marketplace compliance support.
Prior to Spreetail, I worked at TaskUs supporting Uber's Rider, Driver, Eats, Fleet, and Restaurant platforms, where I served as a Subject Matter Expert and Acting Team Leader. I helped onboard and coach teammates, supported account verification and fraud investigations, monitored performance, and provided operational guidance across multiple teams.
