I’m an L2/L3 Application Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience working on enterprise systems across telecom and utilities. Most of my work has been around troubleshooting production issues, analyzing data, and making sure systems stay stable under real-world conditions. I’ve worked on platforms like Oracle CC&B and AT&T’s OPUS system, handling everything from billing logic and system bugs to cross-system data issues. I’m comfortable digging into SQL, logs, and APIs to find root causes, and I’ve spent a lot of time working with different teams (dev, QA, business) to get issues resolved properly—not just patched. Recently, I’ve also been doing web and system work on the side (Webflow, Shopify, integrations), which helped me stay hands-on with frontend, APIs, and analytics.
