Hello! With more than 15 years in customer service, operations, and project coordination, I consider myself an expert in enabling team and operational efficiencies. I’ve had the chance to work in a variety of roles, to name a few: virtual assistant, customer service agent, team leader, fraud and claims agent, and disability manager.
Currently, I work as a Project Coordinator. I define and streamline processes, manage vital documents, manage onboarding, and provide project analyses to keep everything on schedule. Prior to this, I held multiple leadership roles and concentrated on tea-----------ntoring and training. I take pride in team and interdepartmental collaboration and I truly value assisting teams in not only hitting but surpassing their goals.
I consider strong communications as one of my best assets. I am as comfortable speaking to operational staff as I am to senior executives. I also have proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Ring Central, Zendesk, Airtable, and Copper. My peers know and appreciate me as a critical thinker, quick adapter, and detail-oriented. I perform best in self-directed and team-oriented roles in fast-paced settings.
