Started out as a part time PHP/MySQL Programmer back on College. Was task to create a Human Resources Information & Recruitment & Testing System for a start up call center company named Zero One Concept. I then work as a PHP/MySQL Programmer with frameworks Code Igniter and CakePHP at Lancera Phils. Later got employed by a Malaysian based company EHORS as a PHP/MySQL/Flex 3 developer while doing part time in WordPress Development. After almost 3 years, I was employed back by Lancera as a Technical Lead for Web development concentrating on PHP Frameworks, MySQL, Wordpress on Linux distros which includes management of some Cloud Linux Servers using RackSpace. My primary task is to ensure our team is using the right tools or frameworks based on client needs.
Later on, I was employed as a Network Specialists on a cooperative, Perpetual Help Community Cooperative with concentration on Connectivity and Security of offices located on different geographical locations, but my task includes website development and maintenance, email migration and maintenance and Linux Server management on different geographical locations. Also task to develop an Accounting System for Banking and Loans using C# WebAPI,WPF having SQL Server 2014 as back-end. My primary role was to research for the technology to be used, as well as design th whole system technical set up and create complex queries to generate finacial statement reports as well as interest penalty calculations.
At the same time for almost 4 years, as was working as a Freelancer for Wordpress Development catering local clients.
Now I am working as a full time Freelance IT Developer. Right now I am studying Python/Django and AWS Cloud Architect, hoping that as a Freelancer I will have more time for myself to study and hopefully certify to further my career as a Developer.
I am self reliant, that type of person who tries every solution before pushing the Help Button. I also prefer working on projects that has laid out plans, if not I make them -----------'s time consuming but I helps me log and not miss out tasks that are supposed to be done. Also allows me to consider everything I do if it would affect the other task in queue. One thing I consider for a project is sub -----------t much people take it in mind but on my freelance work, I always ask the client to allow my to upload the project on Git. I allow it to keep by themselves after the project is done. I do it in due respect to other developers in case they are to take over or update the project, they have something to read on.
In my freelance work, I used Freed Camp to manage my -----------t as good as Base Camp or Zoho which I had used from companies I worked full time. But it is decent enough to track tasks and aside from that it's free.
Though I am looking for Freelance jobs, I am also open to long-term stable jobs as long as it does not take much of my time and make my life and work imbalance. That is most of the reasons why I leave and look for new jobs.
