For more than 3 years, I’ve been managing eBay stores, where I specialize in product research using Zik Analytics and handling order fulfillment through AutoDS. My daily responsibilities included processing orders from major suppliers such as Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart, and AliExpress, uploading tracking numbers promptly, and responding to buyer inquiries via eBay Seller Hub to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
I’m also familiar with Shopify and TikTok Shop, with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing these platforms to increase visibility and drive sales. On the technical side, I’m skilled in using tools like Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets. I also have experience in photo editing using Canva and Photoshop.
