based in the South of Metro Manila. In 10 years of both part-time and full-time
work experience, I’ve been in various operations and support roles in the BPO, healthcare, e-commerce, and manufacturing industries.

To briefly expound on my skills and experiences:
I’ve taken on freelance writing work for clients based in either the U.S. or Australia, where I wrote and produced short-form and long-form content, including feature articles, how-to guides, book sum-----------s, and e-books, published on WordPress or Wix. This early writing work allowed me to cultivate my research, SEO, and time management skills. I also explored opportunities to remotely teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to non-native English speakers.
As a young professional fresh out of college, I began full-time roles in multi-national companies where I honed my expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, learning delivery, and data analytics. I also built best practices for learning operations by working within comprehensive Learning Management Systems such as SuccessFactors and Workday. Meanwhile, I was also trained in the project management frameworks of Agile, Lean, and Scrum. So far, I have managed and executed continuous improvement and learning projects of varying scales, using Smartsheet, Asana, and Cognota for project monitoring, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio), Tableau, and Canva for reporting.
Finally, while I am happy to fulfill roles within my comfort zone, I’m also open to exploring new ones (such as voice-over work, perhaps?) as I enjoy the challenge of something new and fulfilling. Whether it’s in a high-rise office or my own home, I work best with employers who inspire action with their work ethic, passion, and authenticity. In turn, they find someone reliable and able to exceed expectations (even, dare I say, someone loyal) in me.
