I was a customer service representative before for more than 5
years, and has been part of some US Based projects like T- Mobile and Comcast. Needless to say that I have adopted a working environment that dealt with pressures in meeting clients demands and business targets whilst maintaining integrity.
I am currently working as a Customer Service Executive for a global provider of financial market data and infrastructure for more than 3 years now.
My greatest strengths are multi-tasking and being a typist. I can also manage my time very well.
I have extensive knowledge of computer mainframes and software like Microsoft and the like.
