I’ve done a lot of things during my first period of my career as a Key Account Executive for Procter and Gamble division in charge with managing a whole section of partner stores in the Philippines. I manage the products that comes in and out of the outlets as well as providing ways to increase sales and meet monthly quotas. I’ve also done customer service or customer care for United Parcel Service that provides solutions for customer queries, provide billing information and handle billing disputes. Also able to handle customer complaints and provide the proper retention strategies to keep partners.
