- Process requests for offers on properties
- Analyze existing due diligence reports, other property data and surrounding market characteristics
- Determine estimated market values of properties
- Determine offer amount for properties
Finance Critical Action Specialist
- Supports the daily operations of property management by performing administrative tasks
- Monitors all utility bills of all properties
- Supports finance team in budget preparation
- Prepares the 1098s of all residents of Coops
- Coordinates with vendors regarding billing concerns
- Monitors checks that have not been encashed within 90 days and reissues if needed
Real Estate Analyst
- Manages and updates proformas of existing and newly built properties - Develops new proformas to make data gathering more efficient
- Formulates reports by comparing models across all existing properties - Conducts lease analysis on various lease proposals
- Tracks project cost, debt, and financing
-Maintains executive personal financial statement of the property portfolio with updated investment values
- Reports directly to the executive and commits regular correspondence
Village Manager
- Manages and operates the client's assets and finances
- Complies and implements Master Deed, Declarations of Restrictions, House Rules & Regulations and By-Laws of the Homeowners Association
-Keeps tack of yearly budget of the HOA - Operational Expenses and Capital Expenditures
- Coordinates with vendors, agencies and contractor for maintenance of the village and residential construction works
Property Manager
- Oversees overall operation of the property
- Implements management standards, operating plans and program for the property
- Maintains efficiency and adequacy of equipments
- Ensures accurate billing and collection of utilities
