HR Manager
Oversee daily VA operations, including client updates, staff leave coordination, onboarding support, and team communications to ensure smooth service delivery.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including role scoping, job ads, interviews, candidate screening, contract preparation, and onboarding coordination.
Provide client support by handling staff requests, coordinating equipment purchases, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Review and approve VA payroll, ensuring accuracy in hours, overtime, leave, benefits, and reporting to Accounts.
Support HR functions such as staff development, performance management, staff loans administration, and employee engagement.
Maintain and improve HR policies, SOPs, organisational records, and compliance processes, while supporting overall People & Culture initiatives.
