I am the first point of contact of IT services support, handles 1st level i----------- or service requests. Technically capable with hands on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT Infrastructure components such as Desktops, L1 Switches, internet devices, etc.. Also exposed to Windows 10/11 OS, Servers , Voice, configuration of switches and creation/reading network diagrams. I am willing to work in any schedule and can render overtime as needed.
