I've also created custom ChatGPTs for tea-----------mbers based on their specific roles, and built an AI agent that handles inbound calls so the team doesn't have to.
Beyond the technical side, I'm also the person who keeps things organised. I've managed inboxes, built SOPs, updated price lists and spreadsheets, handled reports, and made sure internal teams stay on the same page. I'm used to working in fast-moving environments where things need to get done quickly and correctly the first time.
