I've been working remotely for over 10 years, mostly supporting founders and sales teams across different industries. Before that, I ran a store for Nike, so I understand how sales works on the ground, not just behind a screen.
These days, I focus on two things: building lead generation systems that bring in consistent, quality prospects and setting up automation that takes the manual work off your team's plate.
Here's what that looks like in practice. I've built outreach systems using Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Instantly that go from finding the right contacts all the way through to booked meetings. I've set up Make automation workflows that pull leads, filter out duplicates, push them into GoHighLevel, assign them to the right SDR, and fire off a Slack notification, all without anyone touching it manually. I've also created custom ChatGPTs for tea-----------mbers based on their specific roles, and built an AI agent that handles inbound calls so the team doesn't have to.
Beyond the technical side, I'm also the person who keeps things organised. I've managed inboxes, built SOPs, updated price lists and spreadsheets, handled reports, and made sure internal teams stay on the same page. I'm used to working in fast-moving environments where things need to get done quickly and correctly the first time.
