I started my career in the BPO industry, where I spent over 12 years building a strong foundation in customer service, technical support, escalation handling, and administrative support. I worked with telecommunications companies like T-Mobile and Sprint, assisting customers through calls, chats, and emails while also supporting training and helping newer tea-----------mbers adapt to processes and systems.
In 2019, I transitioned into working remotely as a Virtual Assistant, focusing on eCommerce and property management — and I’ve genuinely enjoyed this path ever since. I’ve supported Amazon and Shopify sellers by handling customer inquiries, order updates, inbox management, and backend administrative tasks to help keep operations organized and running smoothly.
Over the past few years, I’ve worked closely with property management companies handling both short-term and long-term rentals, including my experience with Kasa Living, Silver Street Management, and Vector Travel Inc. My day-to-day work involved guest and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, vendor follow-ups, scheduling cleanings and inspections, tracking work orders, and making sure properties stayed guest-ready and well-maintained.
At Kasa Living, I also helped train and onboard new tea-----------mbers, supported daily team check-ins, and assisted in creating workflows and guides to help operations stay organized and consistent as the team grew. I naturally enjoy building SOPs, checklists, and step-by-step guides whenever I find ways to improve workflows or make tasks easier for the team.
I’ve worked with tools and platforms such as Guesty, Breezeway, Yardi, Rentvine, Kustomer, Zendesk, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace. I’ve also used Buildium briefly in the past and I’m always confident learning new systems quickly.
