I am a Licensed Teacher and Nurse by profession.I have worked with various accounts in the BPO industry so I was able to hone myself with different skills. The most recent job I had was with a Personal Injury Firm. As a legal assistant I provide admin support such as Drafting Letters, Sending Letters, Filevine Management, Medical Records and Billing Retrieval, Insurance Eligibility, Report Generation, and doing follow-up calls to Providers and Insurance companies, and reporting directly to Case Managers & Attorneys. I have also worked as an Eligibility checker for a medical billing company based in the US. Aside from my experiences in the Medical field, I also had an experience working with a Real Estate company based here in the Philippines as a head Marketing Officer for 10 years.I am very much willing to be trained to learn more and definitely, I am committed to learning it all.
