I am 32 years old and a graduate of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
I have over 10 years of work experience, primarily in the BPO industry. My career began as an agent, and I have since progressed to roles such as a trainer, QA Analyst and a Supervisor/Team Leader where I have developed a diverse skill set in both voice and non-voice roles, including email support, admin/adhoc tasks. team management, coaching, facilitating, public speaking. Additionally, I have international experience, having worked as an ESL teacher in Thailand.
