----------- is an IT Development Manager and Professor by heart. He has extensive multinational experience mostly dealing with top executives for wide range of projects. One of his major achievements is he previously pioneered a team to success from grass roots to what it is today using a new/newly acquired technology.
Furthermore, he has expertise in management, both theoretical (academic) and applied (experience). He has strong empathy and can anticipate future dilemmas in terms of team or project scenarios. For him, teaching and mentoring is a passion more than a profession. In his PhD studies, he focuses his dissertation on Organizational development and culture, giving emphasis on unique "Filipino Traits" that will work well in international arenas.
More so, he is running for magna cum laude distinction for his PhD in Management degree, a Cum Laude awardee in his Masters degree, and multiple distinctions (Most outstanding Student, Candidate for Cum Laude, etc) in his bachelor's degree.
