I love to dig into customer problems. I have spent more than 5 years developing my customer service skill to different departments like Technical Support, Dell Support and Community Action Team. And the first step to solve a problem is to put yourself in your customer's shoes.
I have great attention to detail. A big part of having this skill when I became part of the Quality team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I was responsible for monitoring and reviewing chat and call transcripts, identifying of improvement areas and making necessary recommendations.
I have always enjoyed the logic and patterns of numbers. As a Reporting Analyst, this is where it all started, my strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Business Report and Analysis are valuable and essential for any business to keep track of their performance and success.
I develop my passion for email marketing and graphic design. I've created campaigns and produced stunning banners and image assets from various and iconic brands in Australia and New Zealand.
I educate, refine, improve and drive myself to be a better person personally and professionally. I am constantly learning because I never settle. I took tutorials from different learning platform such as Lynda, Skillshare and Udemy. And finished Social Media Marking In-Dept Course from FVA Business Consultancy.
