I'm an IT Professional with over 8 years experience in the IT Industry. My areas of expertise are in Customer Support, Helpdesk, Systems and Network Administration, Application Management and Security. I've previously worked with top companies such as Microsoft and Lexmark International, and have partnered with multiple global organizations. I'm currently working in a startup company in the fintech industry but I'm looking for a home based and preferably full time job to match my current needs.
I consider myself very good at Windows Server environments, having been familiar with Windows OS since version 3.1 I have also completed the MCSA 70-410, 70-411, and 70-412 courses. I've also completed the ITILv3 2011 course.
I'm also very comfortable with network and security standards, MSSQL, Linux, and DevOps concepts.
