Technical & IT Experience as a System and Software Analyst, Reports Analyst, and Desktop Support Engineer, where I was responsible for:
Monitoring and updating antivirus protection via McAfee Console
ITAF Monitoring and supporting floor operations, with real-time issue troubleshooting and reporting to SPOCs
Troubleshooting Citrix applications and coordinating with client-side IT for escalations
Updating production floor applications via WSUS
Testing and coordinating video conferencing setups
Optimizing systems, managing update and maintenance projects, and improving workflows
