As a Reporting Analyst, I create new hire performance reports/ dashboards for one of Sutherland Global Services' programs, which is one of the largest US-based telecom company. I create and submit new hire performance reports for the programs North America (NAM), Latin America (LATAM) and Asia Pacific (APAC) sites and submit these data to the training managers, directors and clients.
I am also tasked to monitor and submit completion reports to clients when it comes to monthly/ yearly mandatory online refresher training for the programs agents.
My task also includes consolidating trainers performance and monitoring training attrition and submit them to the training managers and directors.
I have very good knowledge of using MS Office, especially MS Excel when it comes to using formulas for reporting, creating pivots, adding graphs and recording simple macros. I also used MS Word for documentation and MS Power point when helping managers to provide data for their performance decks, but I primarily use Excel and Google Sheet when it comes to my major tasks.
