I started up my career in the customer service industry way back 2016 as soon as I graduated from College. From customer assistance to technical support, our method of communication with the clients is mainly through emails and inbound calls. During those 8 years, I've mastered the art of providing high-standard service, ensuring that every customer I speak with is satisfied with the service or assistance I can provide. I always make sure that a resolution is provided on-set of the conversation, and if it cannot be guaranteed, it should be properly escalated and managed by the right department. I have also had the chance to provide training classes to my peers when needed. My most recent experience is working with a real estate company that is being outsourced here in the Philippines. Our clients depend on us when it comes to analysis of the maintenance of their buildings, upgrades, and preventive maintenance that requires to be done all year round, and ensuring all tickets raised are being handled in a timely matter. With all the years, and the variety of challenges I have encountered, I am confident enough to say that I can work against the pressures and make split-second important decisions if needed. When it comes to training, most of my jobs don't require extensive training since all self-learning materials are made available and I can manage to learn them within a given period.
