My name is ----------- -----------, I have a 5-year experience with Shopify Environment [Mostly back-end positions] for 3 years and a Team Lead for 2 years. With my previous job, as a Team lead, our team dealt with applications developers and assessed their app submission on how they benefit the merchants' businesses. We ensure they maintain compliant with the rules and regulations. We're mostly in contact with the clients in submitting proposals for internal process revisions and exposed in store management. I have acquired an in-depth technical knowledge throughout my previous roles for a User Experience (UX), which is my asset for a complex operational support performance. I have handled a maintained regulatory compliance review process demonstrated by previous clients I have work with. I was able to equip and perform multiple task such as appointment settlement, facilitate training sessions, slide deck creation, content writing, and mentoring with a great deal of dependability, resourcefulness, adaptability and interpersonal skill.
