I worked in a well known BPO company in Cebu City, Philippines for more than 2 years. I was a customer service representative for ten (10) months and was promoted as an Integrity Officer until I decided to resign due to relocation. I am hardworking person, I can work under pressure. I am flexible so I can work on night shift. I have patience, I know how to handle people ( customers ) most especially those irate customers. I am fast learner so I am willing to be trained. As a former Integrity Officer I learned the importance of having a job with integrity to gain the trust of your client. Employees with integrity could give growth both to the company and client.
