- Maintaining Amazon store account health score and ensuring that there are no policy violations or compliance requests on a daily basis
- Very familiar with Amazon policies, guidelines, and listing requirements
- Resolving any listing issues and creating cases with Amazon support and escalating if needed
- Creating and updating product listings manually or via feed file
- Creating and updating system operating procedure
- Managing and overseeing product launches (also pre-launch and post launch)
- Creating coupons and discounts
-Collaborating with the optimization team regularly to do various tasks such as updating listing images, titles, bullets, and other attributes; creating A/B experiments; price updates; creating promotions and discounts; and any other task that will help optimize the listings
