*Expert Sourcing | Recruitment:
I have 5 years of experience in expert sourcing and recruitment for a New York-based company, using tools such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot to source global professionals and experts for various roles, including job placements, paid consultations, written work, consulting projects, advisory roles, and proposal bid support.
Through this work, I’ve collaborated with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries, including Federal and International Development, managing expert requests tailored to each project’s unique requirements. All of the projects I’ve handled involved recruitment, combined with a mix of administrative tasks, customer communication, and data and project management.
*Customer Support (emails and calls):
I also bring experience in customer support, where I consistently communicated with customers via email to provide project updates, made calls to introduce our services to prospects, and ensured the CRM system was regularly updated. In addition, my extensive experience as an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor/teacher has strengthened my ability to engage with diverse individuals, practice active listening, address concerns with patience and empathy, and deliver clear, effective communication, all of which are essential skills in customer support.
*ESL | English Tutor/Teacher:
I have over 9 years of experience as an online English teacher. Holding TESOL, TEFL, and TEYL certifications, I’ve built a solid foundation for teaching English to diverse students, from young to adults. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, including Chinese, Russian, Polish, Korean, Japanese, Italian, Arab, German, and Turkish, adapting my lessons to suit individual learning styles and helping students develop a genuine interest in language learning. Part of my ESL experience is regularly provide feedback after each lesson and stay in touch with parents to discuss their child’s progress.
