I have a business background for 10 years now, 1-year experience in Facebook Marketing, 6 months of experience in Local Ecommerce.
I recently graduated in Advanced Ecommerce Course wherein I have learned a lot of things about Ecommerce, Basic Web Design, Creating and Designing Shopify Store, Creating and Designing Woocommerce Store, Amazon Scouting, Private Labeling, Product Sourcing, Dropshipping, Product Listing, Importing Products from Aliexpress to Shopify using Dropified and Oberlo App, and Amazon Product Researching using different programs and tools.
I also have basic knowledge of Social Media Marketing. Creating a Facebook business page, Engaging social posts, Creating content and Photo and Basic video editing that will catch the attention of customers and will generate more sales in my store. Replying to comments and chats. Monitoring and resolving customer's concerns. Product listings. Preparing sold products for customer delivery prior to shipping, ensuring that the customer receives a quality product in a timely manner.-Interact with new customers and build a relationship for returning customers.
I am a hardworking, honest, initiative and has a creative mindset individual who has a big heart and passion for business. I can quickly acclimate to different environments and open to new processes and technologies. I love exploring things on the internet to continue seeking knowledge and skills related to my field. I will continue to develop my skills to have a strong competency for a number of programs and tools. I will work hard to have more knowledge on it because I believe that knowledge is the kind of investment.
