For over eight years, I excelled as a Policy Support Officer, meticulously handling the lifecycle of personal lines policies, which included renewals, cancellations, amendments, mortgage updates, and RCT estimation, primarily relying on XM and Imageright.
For the past two years, I have successfully transitioned to a Claims Support Officer role. In this capacity, I provide vital administrative support by approving and rejecting claims budgets, managing vendor additions for invoicing within Claims Center, coordinating Catastrophe (CAT) updates for North America, and ensuring proper document flow through detailed indexing of legal and non-legal files, utilizing Legal X, Claims Center, Claims Manager, and ImageRight.
