As an Information Technology undergraduate with a deep & natural liking for technology, I am keen to logical, analytical & creative thinking. A quick learner & detail-oriented. I am capable of working with a variety of technology & software solutions. Having fondness in analyzing problems and developing solutions and aiming to make my passion a job, I have worked as a Customer & Technical Support in a couple of call centers. My last office job was a Jr. Programmer for a call center. I then later d----------- to pursue home-based work in able to find a more suitable job in favor of my health & to spend more time with my -----------om there, I've found a job that I was able to convey my passion for technology while being beneficial to the company. While working as a CS & Tech Rep, I've catered to the client's customers' needs & requests such as order fulfillment, answering product inquiries, correcting/updating shipping details, handling/updating customer information. I have also handled technical issues such as troubleshooting & guiding the customer through the process of fixing the issue. While in the IT field, I was helping out with loading in leads for some of the callers, databases, and some minor projects. I've also had a lot of experience when I delved into home-based work, namely, HighLevel, Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels, Zapier, etc.
