Hi! I'm Jas, I've been working in e-commerce and account management for several years, focusing on managing Amazon Seller Central Accounts. My exprience includes handling day-to-day operations such as listing optimization, inventory management, shipment, and account health monitoring. I also work directly with some tools like Seller Board, Helium 10, Excel, and Shopify to track performance and product listings to keep profit margins healthy. One area I've gotten a lot of experience is global optimizatation (GNO Reports) making sure brands stay consistent and visible across different marketplaces.
Before that, I worked as an Account Manager at IgnatGames where I was responsible for optimizing Amazon listings, running reports, managing ad campaigns, and resolving listing or policy issues aside from that I also handle customer reviews and feedback management to keep account health strong. I also have a background in graphic design from my time at Klaudeville IT Solutions, where I managed orders and created custom visuals for clients in both print and digital formats.
I’m good with both creative stuff using Photoshop and analytical stuff like data, so I can run accounts that look great and grow at the same time.
