I Have an experience as a customer service representative both outbound and inbound, i handled several accounts such as auto warranty account and financial account. I also handled some medical account where we offer backbraces and any other medical equipments and telecommunications account. I handled this accounts within working in two years time. I have done some date entry as well. I know i am new in working remotely but I can assure you that I can work well under pressure and I am a fast-learner.
