• 6-year experience as Technical Support Engineer for IP PBX in Linux enterprise environment.
• Hands on experience with open source Telecommunication environment (PBX).
• Extensive experience in Linux administration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong technical experience in Asterisk-based PBX, Analog/T1/E1, SIP, SIP trunk, Software installation, Kernel, Telecommunications and its services, Telephony, IP phones, TCP/IP networking and tools and internet connectivity issues, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, VPN, QoS.
• Solid experience in installing and supporting Linux-based applications such as Telecom: Asterisk, VoIP, TDM, Web: Apache/Tomcat, Email: Postfix/Send mail Server: FTP/TFT, PDHCP, DNS, Firewall: IPtables DBA: Mysql
• Solid experience in Network security and Linux firewall settings (investigate SIP attacks, brute force attempts, and other harmful attacks on a server level.)
• Hands-on experience working with Linux infrastructure and hardware.
• Basic skill in BASH, Perl, PHP and Python (debugging and fix implementation)
• DBA: MySql, MsSql
