I have been a call center agent for more than 15 years, have been freelancing as a side hustle for five years, and now I am doing it full time. I have worked for multiple companies with different lines of businesses such as banking (JP Morgan & Chase), telecommunications (Telstra, ATT, Timewarner Cable), computer technical support, publishing (Penquin & Randomhouse), AirBnb, property management solutions (RealPage) and eCommerce (Shopify) . Because of these experiences, I have learned a lot of skills specially in helping customers with their needs. I am confident with my skills in communication and I can easily be trained and guided. I am self-driven and independent. I want a long-term, stable job where I am able to grow. I am currently a manager at an HVAC company in the US and I am looking for part time roles.
