Hi, I'm Odessa. I've been working in Google and Microsoft Ads for over 9 years mostly on lead gen and e-commerce accounts. Outside of Google and Microsoft, I've also gained exposure in TikTok, Meta, and Reddit ads.
I'm still learning something new on almost every account I touch - algorithms change, client needs change, and honestly that's part of what keeps it interesting. What I try to bring is patience: I'd rather look closely at what the data is telling me before making a change, instead of guessing.
I've worked across a mix of industries - insurance, mortgage, home services, ecommerce - and each one has taught me something different about what actually moves the needle.
