My work experiences thought me a lot, I've worked as sales representative for various well known clothing brands assigned on shopping malls. I also worked as a dental secretary, not just doing paper jobs but also incharge of purchasing dental materials and tools, assisting the dentist on minor to major dental surgeries.
I have call center experiences which molds me into the better version of customer service representative I’ve become today. I learned to handle multiple task like troubleshooting and assisting customers from their inquiries to fixing their concern to paying bills most of the time. I’ve recently transitioned to medical and pharmaceutical field of Us based insurances where I earned learnings and broadened my knowledge in the various industries of insurances as well as my leadership skills were discovered and given chances.
