-Coordinates with design group for the technical information, bid plans and specifications required to conduct bidding
-Strong ability to read and intrepret plans
-Handles Civil, Structural and Architectural Works, Fit-Out, Hardscaping Works, SteelWorks, and Aluminum Works of High-rise buildings (Commercial, BPO, Mall, and Special projects)
-Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure, List of Bidders, Schedules & other Bid documents
-Reviews and interpret plans provided by Design Group
-Distribute bid documents to designated Contractors
-Initiate in scheduling of Site Inspection and Pre-bid meeting
-Forward all queries of Contractors to Design Group
