I have been in the Customer Service industry since 2012. I have worked as a customer service specialist for several incredible BPO companies: Sykes Asia, Eperformax Manila, Teletech Pioneer, Startek Makati and Teledirect. I was also an SME in my current account. I help trainees to master the call flow and product knowledge. I also help them to identify their areas for opportunities and set their goals to improve their work performance.
Throughout the years, I have learned to care for other's needs, to be persevere in learning new things, and learned to manage my time in order to reach my goal. I believe in continuous learning and development. Quality is very important to me than quantity. I make sure to understand what I am expected to do to ensure every project I work on is a success. I'm goal oriented, hardworking, willing to learn and flexible.
